Location. The Old Government House Hotel & Spa is the former residence of the islands Lieutenant Governor and longest established hotel in the island. It is set in the centre of St Peter Port, one block from the St James concert hall. Guernsey Airport (GCI) is an approximate driving time of 15 minutes from the hotel, a distance of 3.5 miles.
