Getting there. The hotel can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. Taxis are available from the airports authorised taxi company, Touch Down. Travellers are advised not to use unauthorised taxis. The fare to the city centre is approximately 200 ZAR. Door to door shuttle buses are available, and can be pre booked at Arrivals. Price is subject to change.
Getting around. Trains and buses run throughout the city, but driving is the best way to get around. Many attractions are clearly signposted, but parking can be difficult. Taxis are available but can be expensive.

Take the N2 toward Cape Town.
Stay in the middle lane of the N2 and take the right fork along Eastern Boulevard.
Continue along the freeway until reaching a set of traffic lights.
Continue straight past the lights and at the following lights, turn right onto Western Boulevard.
Continue until reaching a traffic circle (Green Point Stadium) and take the second turn off the traffic circle.
This road will become Beach Road.
Continue until reaching a traffic circle and turn left onto Queens Road.
Turn right onto Alexander Road.
