Steigenberger Hotel Der Sonnenhof is a spa hotel set in peaceful location within extensive wooded grounds and parkland in the Allgau region, one kilometre from Bad Worishofen station and 10 kilometres from the beautiful Irsee Monastery. For something a little lighter, guests can enjoy drinks and snacks throughout the day in the Lobby Bar which has an open fire in winter and in summer serves cakes and ice creams out on the terrace. The hotel also has four conference rooms and can organise banquets and events. The hotel is situated in extensive grounds and offers a range of outdoor activities, including mountain biking and Nordic walking, or visitors can explore the many places of interest in the area, such as the Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein Castles, built by King Ludwig, 63 kilometres away. Munich Franz Josef Strauss Airport is 120 kilometres, approximately 90 minutes by car from the hotel.
