Location. The Seehotel Uberfahrt is located in Rottach Egern, Germany, on the banks of Lake Tegernsee in the Bavarian Alps. The town centre is located 500 metres away and the town of Bad Tolz is 15 kilometres from the hotel. Tegernsee train station is four kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The Seehotel Uberfahrt is a modern four storey hotel on the shores of Malerwinkel bay on Lake Tegernsee. The hotel has a private beach on the lake, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The interior of the hotel has contemporary decor with pillars, moulded ceilings, and marble flooring. SPA �berfahrt is one of the largest in Germany with a wide range of beauty and therapeutic treatments available including bio sauna, Turkish hammam, and Japanese bath.
The Egerner Bucht restaurant serves complimentary breakfast each morning, and a mixture of Asian and European dishes at lunch and dinner. A second restaurant, the Bayernstube, serves speciality Bavarian dishes at dinner each evening. Cocktails are served at the lobby bar, accompanied by live piano music and views of the lake.
A wide range of sports and recreational activities are available on the lake and the surrounding countryside. In the summer the valleys and mountains can be explored by mountain bike or hiking, while in the winter cross country ski runs and slopes are open. Guests at the hotel can enjoy water sports on the lake all year round. There are eight golf courses close to the hotel.
