For stays less than seven nights, the air transfer fee is US$350 in the Winter and US$330 in the Summer, with credit card confirmation required. Tickets will be collected upon arrival in Barbados. Guests will not clear customs in Barbados, but will proceed to the inter island flight desk where they will be met and assisted by a Palm Island representative. The luggage allowance is 44 pounds per person. Guests will clear customs on the Union Island flight and proceed to the boat jetty for the transfer to Palm Island (transfer is included). Latest arrival time to Barbados is 4 p.m. to connect to flights transferring to Palm Island the same day. Guests failing to arrive for check in, resulting in an overnight hotel stay in Barbados, will be booked onto the next available flight. Missed connections and amendments may incur additional charges.
Cancellations for travel during holiday seasons will result in full forfeiture of resort stay (no refund). Cancellations for all other travel dates made three days prior to travel will result in full forfeiture of resort stay (no refund).

The airport in Barbados is approximately 50 minutes away from Union Island, where the hotel has a launch. From there, it is a 10 minute ferry ride from Union Island to Palm Island.
The resort provides round trip inter island air transfer via TransIsland Air from Barbados to Union Island and ferry boat transfer between Union Island and Palm Island with a seven night minimum stay.
