Distance to Der Salzburger Hof is seven kilometres, approximately 20 minutes drive.
Getting there. The hotel is located on Kaiserschuetzenstrasse in the city centre. The number 2 bus runs between the airport and Salzburgs main train station (Hauptbahnhof), 300 metres from the hotel, every 10 minutes. Single tickets cost 1.80 EUR. There are buses to Bavaria and Tyrol. Taxis to the hotel cost about 13 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The hotel is located on Kaiserschuetzenstrasse. Salzburgs city centre is best explored on foot. The city is served by an inexpensive tram and bus system, and there are numerous cycle paths. Driving is not advised for visitors, and cars are not allowed in some areas of the Old Town. There is complimentary parking at the hotel.
Driving directions. From Salzburg Airport:
Take Highway 1 towards Vienna.
Take the Mitte exit and head towards the train station.
Take a left at the Forum shopping mall and the hotel will be on the second block.
