Hotel Features. The Peabody Court is housed in a luxury apartment building constructed in the Renaissance Revival style of the 1920s. The boutique hotels restaurant, Georges on Mount Vernon Square, serves New American cuisine. For meetings and events, the hotel offers 4,000 square feet of space in six meeting rooms, including an enclosed rooftop ballroom with panoramic views.
