Getting there. There is a taxi desk across from the information desk inside the terminal building. Fares are approximately 45 GBP to the Legacy Chesterfield Hotel. A bus runs from the airport to the city centre and Nottingham train station. Buses leave every 30 minutes and cost 5 GBP for a single ticket. Coaches run to Derby and Leicester. Getting around. The train station is 500 metres from the hotel and trains run to other locations in the East Midlands.

Driving directions.From the airport, follow signs for the A453, signposted Nottingham.
Join the M1 motorway, signposted M1 The North Nottingham (North).
Leave the M1 at Junction 29, signposted Chesterfield, and take the A617 to Chesterfield.
Once in Chesterfield, follow the signs for the Town Centre.
Pass the church and bear left.
Continue into the one way system.
Bear left onto Saltergate.
Keep in the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights, signposted Worksop, Sheffield.
Turn left at the mini roundabout, onto Durrant Road (B6543), signposted Tapton, Station.
Take the second exit at the next roundabout for Malkin Street.
The Chesterfield Hotel is ahead.
