The Grand Hotel des Iles Borromees is a magnificent Belle Epoque building dating from 1861 and situated in Stresa on the shores of Lake Maggiore, opposite the Borromeo Islands. The 179 air conditioned guestrooms reflect the opulent grandeur of the hotel, with traditional style d�cor in soft colours featuring stuccos and Murano glass chandeliers, Maggiolini or Biedermeier style furnishings and rich fabrics.
