Hotel Features. The on site La Jolla restaurant lists among its celebrity guest chefs, Martin Yan, Thierry Blouet and Pierre Ducroux, who compose their signature dishes. Caf� Royal features an afternoon pastry buffet while Bar Caviar serves hors doeuvres and cocktails, presents live music, and offers a walk in humidor stocked with imported and domestic cigars.
