Driving Directions:
A taxi from the airport to the hotel will take about 15 minutes and cost approximately 20 EUR. A hotel shuttle will take about 30 minutes and cost 30 EUR. A half hourly SITA bus runs from the airport to Santa Maria Novella Station, 200 metres from the hotel. Buses service the city centre; tickets can be bought at tobacconists or vending machines. Tickets are sold on a time basis one hour, two hour or 24 hour tickets. Traffic is restricted in the city centre and parking is expensive, so the centre of Florence is best explored on foot. Taxis wait outside Santa Maria Novella Station.
