Getting there. Taxis to central Milan cost 65 EUR 75 EUR. The Malpensa Express train runs every 30 minutes between the airports train station and the city centre (Cadorna station). Single tickets are approximately 9 EUR, and journey time is 40 minutes. The Malpensa shuttle bus runs to Stazione Centrale every 20 minutes. The fare is 4.50 EUR and journey time is 20 minutes. Getting around. The hotel is on Via Domenico Scarlatti, 2 blocks from Stazione Centrale. The city centre is easy to explore on foot, and there are pedestrianised areas around the Duomo. A comprehensive network of trams, buses and four metro lines offers efficient travel. Integrated public transport tickets can be purchased at newsagents, metro stations, tobacconists and most coffee bars. Driving is not recommended in Milans city centre with numerous one way streets, heavy traffic and limited parking. Illegally parked cars are towed or fined. The hotel has secure, garage parking.
